Question How to fix a ram stick causing stuttering?

This issue has been plaguing me where every game I play, stutters. In msi afterburner, when the stutters showed up the gpu usage went 0% and the cpu usage goes 100% , I thought it has something to do with either of those components but it's the ram stick. I took one out (the second slot) and the stutters are gone, but I really want to use both of my ram. Here are my specs

r7 5700x
asrock b550m-hdv
klevv boltx ddr4 3200mhz (2x16gb) -- i've tried lowering the mhz but it wont work either
rx 6800
superflower 750w gold rated

any way i can fix this?

Did you actually test the memory with a tool like memtest?

If you swap the sticks (keep just one installed but switch with the one you previously removed), do you still have the problem? If it's still ok, it might rather be a motherboard issue (it can't run properly with two sticks).

According that they both run fine individually, I would reinstall both sticks, reset BIOS to default, enable DOCP, boot to Windows and check with CPUz if the timing and clock speed are what they are supposed to be.
