Question Driver crashes/GPU hangs RX5700

Recently I have had driver crashing issues/GPU hangs after consulting a few forums I updated my MB bios and it seemed to have cleared but it returned again anymore advice?

Pc Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: XFX RX 5700
MB: Asus prime B450-a
Ram: 16gb DDR4 2666MHZ
SSD: 1 TB Samsung
Power supply: Rosewill Proton 650W

Not much help but I have pretty much the same problem and I have also recently been experiencing the exact same problem and I can't find any info anywhere.
