Question Driver errors when graphics card has updated drivers ?

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX

The issue seems to be with any newer games, so any game running on unreal engine 5. I've had this issue for years, where on those games my pc will stutter and eventually, the game just crashes, my screens will be stuck on a black screen, or both happen where screens go black, and when I can see my screens again there's driver errors and reports, along with the game being crashed about 99 percent of the time.

There are rare occasions where the game, depending on the game, will stay open but freeze and have terrible frames to the point where it's unplayable. Restarting pc, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, nothing has helped. Changing setting around in AMD has helped a little, but only a little the problem has never really gone away. Some games run perfectly fine with absolutely no issues, so I really don't even know where to start with this.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Some games run perfectly fine with absolutely no issues, so I really don't even know where to start with this.
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Pertaining to your drivers, which version are you currently on? When working with driver updates, did you run DDU to remove all GPU drivers in Safe Mode before installing your driver of choice?

You've mentioned games, can you list them out, without an etc.

Also....

Regarding: when I can see my screens again there's driver errors and reports, along with the game being crashed about 99 percent of the time."

What driver errors and reports? Source(s)?

Are there any related errors being captured in Reliability History/Monitor and/or Event Viewer?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor
CPU cooler: Also, don't remember exactly, not liquid. I did monitor my temps although there seems to be no issue with that.
Motherboard: NZXT N7 B550 (AM4)
Ram: 32GB Dual-Channel DDR4 1770MHz
SSD/HDD: 3726GB Western Digital WD_BLACK SN850X 4000GB (Samsung)
GPU: 24560MB ATI AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX
PSU: Honestly don't remember, but I JUST put a new, much better one in and there's no difference. 750W-900W Corsair brand.
Chassis: Unsure exactly, Corsair Airflow something
OS: Win 11
Monitor: Asus VG249 and VG279QM1A
The crash reports usually say something about a GPU crash dump or driver issues, depending on the game I'm playing it can be from unreal engine or AMD, sometimes I get it from both.
I'm not sure what version I'm on, but I know it's the most recent as I've redownloaded multiple times, both with and without using DDU in safe mode.
As for all the games, Grounded 2, Elden Ring (sometimes?), BO6, FINALS, Satisfactory, and I'm sure more but I can't find or remember them, apologies.
There are things in the Reliability Monitor, like hardware error for windows, and the Grounded 2 crashes.
Also I forgot to mention, on some games, like the one I'm experiencing it on right now, Rainbow 6 Siege, my fps is just awful when in Fullscreen, all choppy.
LMK if I missed anything.
