Driver IRQL not less or equal - fresh install

Decided to reformat using a windows 10 installation disk, wiped my drives and all partitions and reformatted, the only drivers i've installed so far are a USB3 controller, Ethernet driver (both of these from mobo software), my Nvidia driver, and the Roccat Kave XTD 5.1 digital driver.

I was having this problem before, and i don't know how to read dump files and just want some clarification on what is causing the issue so i can fix it.

My OS is Windows 10 Home x64

Usually it's a sign of bad memory. Test the computer with only one stick at a time until you find ones that work and ones that need to be replaced
