Question Driver Logitech for G502 X nowhere to be seen...?

Hi,
I have been looking everywhere online including obviously the Logitech website and there is no sign of a driver for the G502 X mouse.

Despite having installed G-HUB, Windows installs a "HID-Compliant mouse" driver instead, even after uninstalling it, unplugging the mouse, rebooting the PC, launching G HUB and plugging the mouse back in.

Any idea why that is and where can I find the Logitech G502 X mouse driver?

Thank you as always :)

Thank you @Ralston18

It was purchased on the Logitech store on Amazon. And that website, as I mentioned on the original post, does not provide any drivers, and the G-HUB (which I have installed) does not install any Logitech drivers even after trying in the way I described in my post.

Any other idea or suggestions?

Does anybody with the same or similar Logitech mouse see a driver other than "HID-Compliant mouse" by Microsoft in their Device Manager?

Thank you :)

Via the link in Post #2

https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/innovation/g-hub.html

It did take some trial and error clicking to reach the second link.

My Device Manager lists

Mice and other pointing devices

"Logitech HID-compliant Unifying Mouse"

Keyboards

"Logitech HID-compliant Unifying Keyboard"

I also have via Human Interface Devices:

Logitech HID-compliant Unifying device [Listed three times]
Logitech Unifying USB receiver
Logitech USB Input Device

M310 Mouse and K540 Keyboard set. Bought at Staples or Best Buy.

Thank you @Ralston18 I appreciate your help :giggle:

unfortunately, unless my browser has some issue in displaying the page correctly, there are no drivers in any of those pages nor in the mouse pages, but only the G-Hub software which is what I installed in the first place.

So I assume any specific driver is installed through G-Hub. But it did not install any for me and clearly it did install it for you.

Could I ask you what you did differently than what I described in my second post above?

Thank you

I purchased keyboard/mouse combos.

I tried G hub one time and it caused problems so I uninstalled it.

However, I not believe that G hub installs drivers. It is more of a customization tool.

That said go back to the second link I posted in Post #4

Select Mice

Look for the G502 X mouse. Click.

Are you able to get to this page?

https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/a...Started-G502-X-Plus-Millennium-Falcon-Edition

That page does not seem to be very helpful - nor lead to drivers or driver information.

out of ~5 years of use i've never had actual Logitech drivers for my G600 mouse,
always just default MS Windows drivers.

the Logitech customization software; either Logitech Gaming Software x64 (v9.02.65) or G-Hub have always been able to detect my mouse with no issue,
buttons all work as intended,
lights all work as intended,
DPI and other options work as intended, etc.

there should be no specific drivers necessary.
what issues are you experiencing that you're searching for these particular drivers?
