Are you up to date with all motherboard and chipsets drivers?

This is caused by Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver. Assuming you are not using a RAID array, you can delete the utility. https://appuals.com/fix-iastora-sys-blue-screen/

IRST is also used to speed up ssd. Its not justy raid

other option is get latest version

Also, IRST is now used for Optane - I only remembered when you mentioned it.

Until now i have had no crashes, but instead i keep getting some randome stutters that sound like a crash and freezes everything, and goes back to normal again.
