Drivers wont work

I just built my first pc with the following specs:
Amd ryzen 5 1600 3.2 ghz
Gigabyte ga-ab350-gaming 3
Evga supernova 650 g3 650w
G.skillz ripjawsV 16g(2×8) ddr4 3200 mhz
Samsung 850 EVO Series 250 GB 2.5'' basic drive
Gigabyte radeon rx580 8gb aorus

I installed windows to the ssd no problem, but when i install the gpu drivers the system crashes.
Then it will only boot in safe mode, and i have to use ddu to uninstall the drivers for it to boot normally. I have tried the last four drivers from amd to no avail. Im running out of options here is there something im missing?
I have updated the bios with flash q.

Did you install the MB drivers etc off the disk that came with the MB?

Checked for BIOS updates for the MB?

Then ran Windows update?

I updated the bios to the latest ones with flash q. I downloaded all mb drivers from the site. I also installed the latest version of windows 10 from microsoft. I disabled windows update for now because it auto detects and downloads drivers for the gpu which crashes windows.

So it's working with the Windows 10 built in driver?

But if you update the driver it crashes.

Yes it works fine with the basic driver. The crash happens when i install the amd drivers.

I am about to rma but i would like to exhaust all other possible options so if you can think of anything that i might have missed or done incorrectly please tell me. I will now check the card on another system an tell you how it goes

Yeah check in another machine 1st.

Just checked on my old system. Works like a charm with the drivers installed.

It was the monitor. For some reason it didnt agree with the gpu when drivers where installed. The pc worked fine sfter all i replaced the monitor and all is well.
