Question Drives randomly become unallocated

My PC has 5 drives: a system NVMe M.2 SSD, two SATA SSDs, and two SATA HDDs. Once in a while all the SATA drives would suddenly disappear from the explorer. Disk Manager shows them as unallocated with seemingly empty MBR partitions. While the partitions on the disks can be recovered and re-assigned their drive letters back, the issue keeps persisting for several days now.

Sometimes it happens while the PC is running and other times during a reboot seemingly with no correlation to workload or any specific tasks running. I have tried forcing Windows updates, running DISM/SFC, and scouring the Internet in search of solutions to similar problems, but I have found nothing so far.
