I've this B810i and because of the orange light, the data is not accessible from mac. What options do I have to fix it? Is there anyway I can access the data? Should I replace that drive? or is there any suggestion on where take it to service? Any help is appreciated

What does the Drobo user manual say about replacing a potentially dead drive?
I am helping my friend for the Drobo, I only have experience with Synology NAS and the tech support team is pretty helpful. However, I just took a look at their manual https://files.drobo.com/documents/B810i+Getting+Started+Guide.pdf it doesn't have instructions for the orange light issue. However, if you recommend me to take a closer look at it, I'll do it. Let me know if you have any other thoughts on this. Thanks again for your response!

I think that just indicates a failing/failed drive.
The only "fix" is a replacement.

And Drobo evidently shut down Jan 2023. So no help there.

Seagate Ironwolf might be a good replacement.
But if all the other drives are the same size and vintage...they may be getting ready to die as well.
