Hi,

want some advise about building a good druide. What about skill / stat
points. What's the best merc for a druide. Do i have to make a choice
between werewolf or bear or is another build in hell mode better ?

What about hell mode. Do i have to use tornado ?

I had started my druid with the thought of using werewolf and bear, but
as he now is Patriarch at level 83 (single player) I haven't used bear at
all.

LawBringer runeword in a Dimensional blade (for low damage) works like a
champ against PI's and OK's if you are careful.

I also have an Obedience thresher on my merc, and on the start of a game
we switch weapons, so I can get the Level 21 Enchant from it.

Otherwise, max Fury, Werewolf, Oak Sage and Lycanthrophy (I only have 15
points here, as I think 5 points are much better in Dire Wolves or
Grizzly).

Oliver

There is NO REASON to max werewolf.

as I said, I only have 15 points in WW so far. But why not put 5 more
points in it. That's about 75% more AR!

So where would you put the skill points?

Actually, in the post I responded to you you said you maxed Fury, Oak, WW,
and only had 15 in Lycan.

Which, when you look at the actual numbers, really is not adding all that
much. Adding 5 points to my WW skill level gives me ~500 more AR. Not even
noticable. And it becomes even less noticable if you're getting lvl 20+
enchant from Obedience(or Demon Limb), as you mentioned doing.

Lycanthropy, I suppose, though that only adds a small benefit as well.
Still, I'd rather have extra life over extra AR.
