i lost my audio can i rest my driver?

Realtek is the program i deleted windows XP is what i run

You need to go into device manager. Then go down to the sound option and right click. There are options if you explore such as roll back driver or update. If you use the update option let Xp do it automatically for you and make sure you are connected to the internet.
