Alright I am finally to the point where I need assistance from people that know more about ISPs and networking. Around Christmas I purchased Sea of Thieves. It being a crossover game allows me to play on my PC while my friends are playing on Xbox. Sounds like a great concept and maybe for most people it works great, but not for me. I can rarely join my friends in the Xbox App for Windows 10. It always tells me that Teredo Tunneling is unavailable or that the "Servers cannot connect" (link below). The Microsoft support pages are linked below, and I have tried every step on their pages and many others on the internet without any success. There have 3 or 4 times when it has worked, and I have no idea why.
Is this a common problem? Could it be a Windows problem? Outdated DSL Hardware? I am to the point where I give up trying to figure it out without help.
ISP: CenturyLink DSL 10mg/s (yes I know it is slow, I live in Rural Indiana) This is my only option for internet
Modem/Router: Technicolor C1100T (provided my ISP)
My Rig:
MSI Z270 Gaming M3 Motherboard
Intel i5 6700K Overclocked to 4.8
16GB G. Skill
ASUS GTX 1070 Strix
Using the onboard ethernet port.
I have tried Port Forwarding and DMZ Hosting (things I found online)
I followed these directions to turn on IPV6 in the modem/router.

Xbox Error
Support pages for both error messages. Nothing has been a 100% success
