DSR Problem ugh

So I have a GTX 970 SC and a 1080p monitor and I'm having an issue with DSR. I go into the nvidia control panel to turn it on, I check all the boxes with the higher resolutions, but when I go in game, they don't show up. I've restarted my computer several times, tried reinstalling my drivers and such and nothing. The games I tried it with were Metro 2033, Portal 2, TF2, and Half-Life 2. When I go into the video settings for the game, there is no higher resolution option above 1920 x 1080. I'm running on the most current nvidia driver. Any ideas?

And I tried it with Counter-Strike Global Offensive. Nothing.
