Dual AMD's Repair install needed?

When you have Win XP pro 32bit installed,with a single cpu,then change mobo, to a dual cpu setup (2 AMD opteron's 246) is a repair install of WinXP Pro absolutely nessecery?

Yes. Show's them in the bios. But doesnt' even show 1 cpu in device manager. The word Processor not even listed in device manager.
