I dont know much about graphics cards and building computers in general, i am just getting to know things... My question is Can i combine Sapphire and radeon graphics card?

Hello... Yes... it is possible to run more than one type/brand of graphic cards... as long as you got the proper MB connection, driver and power... it is also possible to run more than one (up to 3 Monitors) from a GPU too. B /

If you want 2 GPU's Co-Processing one monitor? there are a lot more rules and compatibility problem involved. B /

You need to have two of the same GPU to do crossfire/SLI I have seen the same GPU but two different brands work together, it's just they definitely have to be the same card and have the same memory. I think what your asking is if you can use the same gpu just one is Radeon and one is Sapphire? If so, it should work if there the same memory and chipset, but whichever one has the lower clock speed is what the other GPU will sink to. I think its easier to just get two of the exact same card.

Yes. It's the specification of the card that matter. Combining different brands is almost a moot point. Consider my 970 FTW GFX card from EVGA. It's core clock specs say 1216MHz Base clock, and 1367MHz Boost Clock. If I were to use another brand it would also need to have those identical specs or the clocks would be set to the lowest clock of the two cards. My card has 4GB of VRAM(video RAM). Assuming I had my card in the first PCIe slot I would have use of the full 4GB(3.5 where the 970 is concerned). Should I go for SLI and install a second card I would still have only 4GB of VRAM. The same applies with Crossfire. The tech. specs. are what truly matters. Not all games work well with SLI or Crossfire. You also need to consider the electrical needs. You have to have enough supplementary PCIe power cables and enough raw power to feed the cards and the necessary bridge to link the cards.
