Dual Head Question!

I never had to do this but this week end I would of like to jump from one monitor to the other while in a game,but I can't,I got to exit the game in order to go to the 2nd monitor,is there a way to do this?

I got a 8500DV and WinXP pro.

The only way i've ever known how to do this is to play games in a window and thats not very desirable, Games will lock the mouse on their screen for obvious gameplay reasons....that mouse cannot interact with the game interface and windows interface at the same time. Some games like EQ will go farther than that and not let you do ANYTHING outside the game while its running.
