is there possible to use dual i7 5820k over this MB ASUS Z10PE-D16 WS LGA2011-3 C612 Dual CPU Mainboard its Socket supports i7 5820k but i'm not sure 5820k has ability to be used in dual CPU mode
i need a system for 3d rendering and as you see in this link the performance of 5820k is higher than i7 6700k and xeon e5 2683

No you can't. Only Xeons have multi-CPU capabilities, it's one of the things Intel disables on the LGA 2011-3 Core i7s to segment the market and justify the price premium for a Xeon chip.
