Question Monitor no display - power indicator flashing ?

I have a monitor that suddenly stopped working.
It still has power but the light indicator is blinking which is weird as it was not doing that in the past and the color changed to green. There's no backlight either.

The normal power indicator is red and its only steady and not blinking, and the logo when turning the monitor on is not showing up either. I connected the monitor to a different system and nothing changed, and I tried a different monitor on the main system and its working so i know it's the monitor that's the problem.

Do anyone know if the problem is fixable?
