I an looking for an upgrade for my graphics card that's good with dual display i have a 7770 GHz edition right now but is not cutting it. I was thinking the 7870 GHz edition but idk if that will be any better. I'm using the DVI and Mini Display ports so that's a must for an upgrade. Plz and Thank You

Fair enough! Well, for around $300, the best card you can get is the GTX 770.

What's your budget and power supply?

$300 is my budget but i can go up to about $450 my power supply right now is 400watt but all ready ordered a 600watt to replace it

cpu: amd Athlon x4 750k stock speed
gpu: his radeon 7770 GHz edition
ram: G.SKILL AEGIS 4 Gb 1600
motherboard: MSI FM2-A55M-E33 FM2 AMD A55 Mirco ATX

Oh that's great! I love that thing.

Now before I make a recommendation, I want to know what your CPU/GPU loads are when playing your most demanding games. A CPU upgrade might actually be more beneficial.

I was thinking of a GPU upgrade because it will get a whining sound under alot of load.like when i was playing on the world of tanks 9.0 test server with hd graphics. but i will upgrade my cpu in the near future.
