Dual-screens - Different Size&Resolution - Smooth transition possible?

Hi.

I have dual screen setup.
Main screen is 24" (1920 x 1080)
Extension screen is 34" (1360 x 768)

My problem, or rather wish, is smooth transition between the two.
Here's my current display settings:

As you can see, the main display (1) seems to be much bigger than the extension screen (2), because of the resolution. While in reality it is pretty much exactly the other way around.

Is there any way I could re-size the displays in these settings for smooth transition between the two screens?

No you cannot, you can only move the screens up and down which is your best bet to moving your mouse across the screens without it teleporting up or down.

Right, figured as much. But it was worth asking.

Actually I was wondering if there is maybe some third-party application that could solve that issue?
I tried out DisplayFusion, but the screen sizes seem to be static there as well.

No there is no third party program that will do that for you.

Yeah I was in your situation as well as I didn't have the money previously to purchase another 1080p monitor
