Hi everyone,
I've just now decided to do a firmware update on my keyboard after it was not keeping up with what I was typing (btw if you have any idea what could actually be the cause of this let me know please). I downloaded and did the update exactly how it told me to but then the keyboard wouldn't light up and it wasn't typing. No other solution I've found on the internet has worked and I'm wondering if now my only hope is to send it out for warranty (I bought it on a Black Friday sale)
