Duel GPU advice?

Curious if my PC can handle duel gpu's? If not, what would I need to upgrade? Also, would these particular gpu's run all games max?

Specs:

CPU: Vishera AMD 8-Core

GPU: MSI R7 260X

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130630 (Didn't know how to sort the name.)

I'd like to use duel GTX 760s, or possibly 770s depeding on price and which would be the greater improvement? Also, any estimated frame rates?
