I have a Dell computer rebuilt, with the Duracom help Desk lable on it. It runs XP 2002.
But have been having problems with it, On the laptop, my computer it tells me that the prosser has 1.60 GHz.
Now we use for our ISP Verizon and had no trouble with this or there security site until about two days ago.
Now when I try to install the security site it checkes the laptop and every thing passes but the prosser.
It tell me that there is .0797 GHz on this prosser and now will not install this as it needs more which it should have.
Now how does one fix this? We would like to upgrade. Now we know that it need memory and some pther things.
We like windows 7 and would realy like to upgrade to this. Need to know what we need and the price of this ASAP.
