Duron Overclockin Problem

Power Supply 300W (ENLIGHT)

128Mb Kingston Value RAM

I had overclock the system Duron using the multiplier from 750Mhz to 825 (7.5 x 110Mhz).
I have set the Vcore from 1.5V to 1.7V.
This the problem I encounter:
a) I set the multiplier to 8 (8.0 x 100Mhz), and it will not boot up! PLease help!
b) I use some application for 10 minutes, and eventually it "HANG" ! PLease help!
c) Then I change back from (7.5 x 110Mhz) to (7.5 x 105Mhz), and I discovered the bios detected the previous MHz which is 825Mhz! So what's the problem?
d) Which is the best (multiplier x Mhz) should I use for my machine to achieve the maximum Mhz?
Eg: 7.5 x 100 = 750Mhz
or
Eg: 8.0 x 110 = 825Mhz
or
.....
e) What Vcore voltage should I use?
Please help me to solve all the mysteries for my overclocking experience!
