Dvd burn compression missing

I made a 14 mb vacation video. I have a 4.7mb dvd. I cant find compression tool to burn it to dvd on my Windows 8.1.
I thought about getting blu-ray burner but pc is only 2.4 ghz. I dont know what to do. All tools ive attempted to download are watermarked or spyware. Can anyone help?

if you mean GB even with the best compression its probably not going to fit. you don't really need a fast pc for a blu ray burner. (14GB would fit on a blu ray disk by the way)
also, you could edit the video to a lower quality or split it up into several movies.
to accomplish that, use any old video editing software, like windows movie maker, for example. (FREE, no watermark, by Microsoft)
