I have a copied some files into a DVD-R disk and when i open the shortcut menu there is no delete option. I have IO Bit Shredder installed on my computer and when i try to delete those files through shredder, it says the files are in use and does not delete the files. please help me delete the files.

A DVD-R is a write-once device. For the most part, you cannot delete from it without shredding the disc physically.
If you are using a multisession disk you could technically update the directory so that the most recent version does not show the file, but that does not wipe out the bytes of the file that were written originally.
If you want to really delete them, copy the other files to a new DVD-R and physically destroy this one.
