[SOLVED] DVI-D monitor port

Don't have XB360 anymore, but I don't remember it having DVI interface, bur rather HDMI and analogue. And you'll still have the problem of plugging something to produce the sound, neither VGA nor DVI carry sound.

So, check what your XB supports, before buying more (useless) stuff.

You are quite correct my friend the xbox is analogue VGA so i am looking for a cable/adapter with female VGA for the XB on one end and male DVI-D for the monitor that actually works on the other,sound is not an issue i run the XB av cables to an external amp
