DVR card stops PC from booting

So I have a very old windows XP pc, which can run no problem without a DVR card, but when I throw in a DVR card it doesn't work. (The PC is just used for recording and nothing else, no real need for a stronger one). Please help, it's kind of urgent.

I fixed it, it was just not compatible with my RAM. It's working now.
