Hi all,

My DXRacer Formula Gaming Chair has a problem. The bottom center part (the cylinder rod bottom) has just a very small distance from the ground. So, if I have a carpet in my room, it starts to scratch it. With time, it turns that into a complete hole. Many of my carpets have been destroyed by this chair. It makes a new hole in every new carpet in 4-6 months. The image of the carpet whole created by the chair and its bottom center part is attached. Please let me know if there is a solution to this problem? Such an expensive chair, everything else is perfect if it just had no such problem.

The images of the chair, chair bottom, carpet hole it creates are attached below.

Thanks @USAFRet for your answer. However, I have got an official answer about the problem from DXRacer itself. Very cool. Find below their answer.

Thank you for your message and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your chair. Please be aware that DXRacer USA does not offer international shipping, but I can advise you on potential solutions. The issue appears to be with the 5-star base of your chair model expanding too much and allowing your gas lift cylinder to sink down further than designed.

If you have any warranty with the reseller, you can contact them for warranty assistance or see if they have any replacement parts available for sale. Alternatively, the cylinder dimensions are a standard size and you may be able to find third-party 5-star base replacement options online that will work with your chair.
