Dynamic disk back to basic

Hello.

I wanted to allocate the free space I had available, but after I had done that the disk changed to dynamic and there are 2 simple volumes now.

The left one is made of the free space I had available before extending the D: partition.
Can I safely remove the left one and allocate the space again using a partition tool, or will it affect the 2nd one and delete it too? I don't want to lose the 613gbs worth of data.

I can't convert it to basic using Partition Wizard because Partition Wizard cannot convert the specified dynamic disk to basic disk, because Partition Wizard cannot convert any dynamic volume type except the simple or mirrored volume.

I don't have any space left on other drives to make a back up of this.
Any tips, please?

To convert a dynamic disk back to a simple disk using WIndows you must delete all the volumes off the disk and then convert it using disk management, so all data is lost and must be backed up elsewhere first.

There are tools like Patition Manager that can do a direct conversion. I would back up data just to be safe though.
