I am able to connect to the internet...

My problem is a fairly consistent dropped connection issue...

Have tried messing with the Wireless settings in case this was triggering some sort of problem (changing channels and etc.)

Some suggested removing the firewall...
Done.
Not fixT

I bridged my modem in case that was the thing causing the issue (Now that i don't know how to go back, I'm just staying bridged for now)

I've pretty much ran out of bright ideas... Have seen some suggestions on taking the MTU off "Auto" mode being the cure, however i don't know how to determine a correct MTU size for my needs...

Heavy gaming, downloading, etc.

Anyone experience this issue before??

To help you better understand my network setup

I'm a DSL user, Bridged modem, to Cisco E2500 router, this goes out to a Vonage router in my room, which then goes to my PC.

Have been using this setup for a while with my old 2wire Modem/Router combo, and got the new router because my old one decided to die on me (after 4 years i can't really complain...)... I had a NetGear, returned it because i had similar issues and decided to try something else. Something else didn't do the trick sadly.

Any help would be Much appreciated

Windows 7 OS
At&T DSL (Bridged Motorola Modem)
Cisco E2500 (5ghz disabled) (firmware up to date)
Vonage router (no settings touched)
