E5200 Temps

Ok so I just installed a new E5200
it works great but my temps seem high
idle around 40C and 56C at max
I am wondering if thats normal and the thermal grease just needs to set in or what not
can anyone help me reduce the temp?
obviously I using the stock hs so I could buy a new one

depends on so many other factors that we can't tell from here. like what case you put it in, airflow, improper mounting, vcore adjustments.. etc etc.

the basic advice i can give you is get as good of case airflow as possible, double check your hs mounting and use cpuz to check your voltages.
