E7200 Mod Help

I finally decided to pop the cork or so they say meaning I removed the IHS to replace the stock compound that Intel uses for better temps and had very small returns. So I am asking if any one knows of a compound that is better than arctic silver 5 even if it is electrically conductive or a cooler that has a small base that is spring mounted that can reach the die with out the IHS. Why, simple once the cpu hits 60c or above while at 3.6GH~ it becomes unstable and crashes even at 1.3v or higher. I should have bought the e8XX series instead thanks cheaptel.

Are you complaining about Intel because your e7200 is unstable at 3.6GHz?

You haven't told us any real details. what mobo, PSU, RAM, case, HSF?

Antec EA650, XFX780i ISH9, Zalman CNPS7000a-cu, and the voltage is 1.3v after vdrop.
