If he's referring specifically to APU's and integrated graphics, then yes the APU in both the PS4 and XBox One are probably more than a generation ahead of what's currently available for PC's. Unfortunately for Taneja there's a LOT more graphics performance available out there in the form of dGPU's, which is what the vast majority of people who game on PC use. Basically if you have something that's at or above an ~HD7850, you probably have more raw GPU compute performance than the PS4, and certainly more than the Xbox One.
