OK, so as expected your RAM doesn't have a 4133 MHz XMP profile, and it's highest profile is 3200 MHz, corresponding to the advertised speed of the kit.
Like I said before.
Basically Corsair tested the memory and found it was able to run up to 3200 MHz at 1.35V. You may be able to get it to run a little faster, especially if you increase voltages, but you're not going to suddenly be able to run it 40% faster than Corsair was able to.

I'm not sure whether your BIOS is actually listing an XMP-4133 profile, or it just lets you manually set the speed to 4133 MHz, but if it's the former I don't know why that's the case (but it shouldn't be).
