My brother is deciding to get his best gaming rig, I'm asking here to see if you guys have any suggestions for an efficient build

Im not a pro, but here goes:

CPU: Intel Core i7 7700K 4.4 Ghz 8MB Cache Quad-Core
Fan: Noctura NH-U12S 120mm Fan
Motherboard: ASUS TUF Z270 Mark 1
Memory: 64GB G.Skill Ripjaws PC4 24000 DDR 4 3000Mhz
SSD: 1TB Samsung 850 EVO Series MZ-75E1T0B/AM SATA3
Hard Drive: 1Tb 7200RPM 64MB Cache SATA3 6Gbps Toshiba P300
Graphics Card: 11GB GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GDDR5X PCI-E
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit
Case: Corsair White/Red Carbide Alpha
PSU: 850watt Corsair RM850x Modular 80 PLUS GOLD CERTIFIED

Again, I'm no pro, but take it easy on me please 🙁

One thing you wont be able to do is update it.

MS have blocked people who install Win7 and 8 on Kaby Lake and Ryzen systems

Yeaaa. I think for the most part, this family agrees that Win7 still feels better than the rest.
What do you think about the rest of the parts though?
Is there anything we can do to make it more efficient?
