So I ordered a computer from these guys just earlier, spent about $800. And so far their customer service looks good, but I haven't gotten a response yet since I've placed my offer. Have any of you guys who've bought a computer from them had any good experiences with them besides their customer support? As in are their systems reliable and such.
I messaged them about why their company wasnt very large, since it's been around since 2000 so 12 years about. and the reply was " We have never tried to grow that large. When you get that large your quality control suffers." seems like a pretty legit response to me.
