editing : 32Go ram vs 390 vs 970

Hi,
I am a content creator, planning on building a new setup, but i'm a bit on a budjet. The build includes an i7 5820k, but i'm stuck with 3 solutions:
-16Go RAM and an r9 390
(for the extra GPU performance and 8gigs of VRAM to scroll flawlessly trough the timeline in after effects etc.)
-16Go RAM and a GTX 970
(for the extra GPU performance and CUDA acceleration)
-32Go RAM and a r9 380X
(to be sure to have enough RAM so that it doesn't bottleneck the (3D) rendering and still use the PC while redering)
which of those choices would be ths most benefical one for editing and 3d rendreing?

you could risk it with the gtx 970 and 16gb ram but for rendering i always read the more ram the better so maybe you should get the 32gb ram and the r9 380x

Get a 390 with 2 sticks of 8gb and then grab another 2 sticks when you have the cash. Easier upgrade than switching gpu's.

I think if i'll be upgrading something, it will be the hard drive, but this might b an option as well

if you can wait get the 970 and 16gb ram then buy the other 16gb ram later on i think 16gb will be good for a while
