Has anyone done any research on the effect (or lack thereof) of different DDR5 speed and timings on Raptor Lake 13th Gen Intel CPUs? I'm curious if there's any notable difference between 5200, 6000, 6800, 7600, etc. I saw that AMD Ryzen 4 recommends 6000 MHz as the sweet spot, wit anything less having minor performance drops, but I hadn't heard any similar from Intel. Is there a benchmark for Team Blue? Or are the RAM speed/timing mostly just for show and negligible on real life gaming performance?
