Question eGPU issues with Bluetooth and "Plug and play"

I set up a eGPU on Sunday, and while it was annoying to setup, I did end up getting it to work. initially it blocked the inbuilt Wifi & Bluetooth, but after a clean driver reinstall, it will let me connect to the Internet via inbuilt Wifi, but still cant use the Bluetooth
also, AMD claims that their eGPU software is hot swappable, but I can only use it after startup, but not after ejecting it once, and if I boot into my laptop with the eGPU plugged in, it shuts off my trackpad & touchscreen

Any help will be appreciated

Laptop: Samsung Book2 Pro 360 15.6
CPU: Intel Core i7-1260P
RAM: 16 GB

eGPU Enclosure: Akitio Node Titan Thunderbolt 3 eGPU Enclosure
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT

Side note, I dont know if it matters, but there was a open NVME slot that I've since populated with a Small SSD I had on hand,
