Either Motherboard dead or CPU

So basically, I was playing a game of League of Legends with my friend through Skype when suddenly my monitor's screen went black, my keyboard and mouse stopped giving light and my sound randomly disappeared. The LED from the power button was still on. I couldn't turn the pc off through the power button so I forced it to turn off by pressing the power supply's button at the back.

So I pressed the button back, tried to press the power button again but nothing happend. My computer literally gave no sign of life. No fans were spinning, couldn't see my blue light coming from my power button, nothing. I thought it was either a faulty PSU or Motherboard but wasn't sure. I took another PSU to see if that was the problem but even then my computer still gave no sign of life. I have also tried resetting CMOS but that didn't help either.

I am clueless right now, since I won't be able to know if it is my motherboard that's faulty or perhaps another component like my CPU, however I doubt it's my CPU cause what could possible cause my CPU to stop working randomly?

Any kind of help would be appreciated.
Seiken.

PC Specs :
RAM : Crucial ballistix 2x 4 gigabyte
Videocard : MSI R9 Radeon 280
Processor : Intel I5 4460
Power supply : Corsair CX600M
HDD : Seagate Barracuda 1 TB
Motherboard : MSI H81M-E35
Fan : Gelid Tranquillo Rev 2.

Note #1 : My Motherboard doesn't have a LED, so I can't check if any light is coming from the motherboard or not.
Note #2 : Also, when trying the paper clip test with the power supply, I can hear a boot sound, but there aren't any fans spinning beside the PSU fan. Video will be posted soon.
Note #3 : I am not using the CPU's fan but the Gelid Tranquillo Rev 2 one.
Note #4 : I have a speaker motherboard cable but it is not plugged in. Should I plug it in to see if that helps or would that be nonsense since my pc doesn't power on at all?

So it's absolutely certain that it's the motherboard?

Alright thank you. I will let you know if my pc works when I RMA'd it
