Electric charge from my laptop when connected to printer via usb and from router whilr connected through ethernet cable

I just bought a new laptop a week ago and im facing a shock issue with it.When im connecting my lap to yhe printer via usb or with the routed via lan,im getting a bit of electric shock from the metal panel of the laptop.can anyone help ?

Sounds like either your house outlet is not grounded or there is an issue with the charger.
