Question Electric piano USB blocked

Hello, I just purchased a cheap electric piano to learn on. The back has a plug that days USB but is covered by some sort of plastic, I'm not sure if I. Supposed to break it or what? Why would it be there is I couldn't actually plug in a usb?

Without knowing what "cheap electric piano" you purchased, it could be just a stock case for additional components in a "higher" priced model.

Are you able to take a couple of photographs of the USB port in question?
