Electricity power problem.

Hello guys,first of my English isnt the best so i apologize in advance.

So my problem is in holding the PC on while the electricity shuts down/power cut.
In my country where i live we have electricity power problems,means we have often power cuts.
So i bought a new UPS for my computer, a 650V PCM LED Display Series UPS.
I plugged only my PC into the battery and the problem occures when the electricity shuts down and instead of keeping my PC on, it simply shuts down too in a fraction of second like the UPS isnt there, and the UPS just makes a continously beeping sound (as normal it should just beep once every 2 seconds).
I took my PC and the battery in the PC service and they tested it, they plugged the PC and unpluged the UPS, the UPS was holding the PC just fine.
Went home and plugged everything back, next power cut and the same thing happened...so when the power came back i turned on my pc and unplugged the UPS, and thee PC was holding fine.
So my problem is that the PC turns off when the power cut appears but it wont turn off when i unplug the UPS.

my PC specs.

ASUS RoG G30AB
Motherboard: Z87M/G30AB/DP_MB
CPU: i7 4470K
GPU: Asus Strix GTX 980Ti OC
HDD: 3TB
RAM: 8GB DDR3
PSU: 700watt (didnt check the producer)
Liquid Cooling
(Also has LED lights)
Im also using a mic for gaming. (mentioning just to know what i have plugged in my pc becouse of electricity consumption)

So i dont know what could be the problem, maybe the UPS isnt strong enough,maybe my PSU is bad or something, please help guys 🙁

How EXACTLY are you plugging everything in when at home?
Is any piece of your setup plugged into a power stripe/surge protector?
Is anything else plugged into the same outlet as the UPS?

And the tricky one:
Is anything plugged into the same electrical circuit as the UPS? (i.e. if you blow a fuse/trip a breaker, what powers off in the house?)
Something like a laser printer could effect the UPS.

Can you provide the model of the UPS and the model of your PSU? I am thinking your UPS can only output around 300 watts which isnt enough for your system, but I need a model number to know for sure.

I plugged my battery directly into the power socket in the wall,and no since the battery has its own regulator/surge protector.
and no, only my PC is plugged in.
No i dont have a prtinter plugged in :/

Nothing just my PC, and they tested it while working idle, not on gaming.

That maximum your UPS can output is 360 Watts as listed in the link you provided. You will want something significantly larger and of better quality. i actually ordered a new UPS from 1500VA,im waiting for it and when i get it,i will write here if it helped or not.

Guys just to let you know, i ordered a new UPS from 1500VA and it fixed everything.
