Question Elgato vanishes then comes back or works when changing slots

Bad windose install, even new drviers did not fix anything, I am a few days in to the new install and everything is working fine now. 0-o

This is an odd problem I am having it happened more than a few times, I have a asrock z97 oc formula mobo/4790k,16gb ramm,1000 wat psu, 1060 nivida and 480rx and a elgato hd60 pro pcie. The amd 480rx is more recent I just use it to record video while the 1060 streams and runs a game.

The elgato card seems to lock up once every week or 2. If I reboot sometimes it will find it again but sometimes it will not and reports in device manger an unknown video capture device, If I change pcie 4x to a full pcie slot ti works for awhile then in week or so it doe it again.

I am not sure if the elgato card is going, the mobo is going or its just a simple power issue where I have to many pcie cards and the elgato gets on the losing end of it and gets locked up while its not being used to the point windows can not tell what it is.

Another update the card locked up again, it took moving it to another slot to make it work, Elgato seems to know of this issue for the pci-e cards.
