emachines t5082 how to change bios date/time

how do you change the date and time on a emachies t5082 bios. I pressed F2 to get into setup and enteerd date and time change but cant get pat the month in changing the date/time. This happened because I changed the bios battery and the board set back to 2004.

No I have not. I was using the up/down/left/right arrows as it sid in set up instrutions to do but I never got past changeing the month only. Thank you very much for your time and effort, it much appreciated . I'll try what you told me to do. Thanks again,Audie Aguirre
