I use Outlook Express exclusively for email. Can anyone
please explain to me how I can back up all my folders and
messages?

Thanks

You could try simply backing up the files at source - usually stored
somewhere like C:\Documents and Settings\YOURNAME\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities
This is a little cumbersome IMO. I have been successfully using a program
called Email Saver Xe - there is a cost however. You can get it from
http://www.winguides.com/emailsaver/. I am sure there are other progs out
there just as good and maybe cheaper or even free.
Regards
Bruce
