Enable or disable so to play my games

How Do I Enable and Disable Games so that I can play my games

Click "Start" and type "Programs" into the search box.

Double-click the "Programs and Features" link that appears in the start menu.

Click the "Turn Windows Features on or off" link in the left pane.

Make sure the "Games" item is checked.
