hello. Now I have a problem that when I activate TPM in the BIOS i get a blue screen saying there is a problem with the device connected to your pc, and the error code is 0xc00000e9. That problem recently appeared and i don't know what to do now. I can't install Windows 11 so how can I fix that ?

My mobo is Asus Tuf b450 so I tried to roll back the BIOS from 4002 to 3810 but still have the problem.

my system:
asus tuf b450m pro s
16 gb ram
ryzen 5 2600
rx 580 8gb

go to bios setup, disable secure boot, reboot and go back to bios, then reset (clear) TPM, reboot and back to bios, enable secure boot and make sure its enabled and platform keys are enrolled
Is reset tpm is the same as clear secure boot key or what because i dont know how to clear tpm

its that pending operation, change it from none to tpm clear, then press f10 to save and exit
secure boot will need to be disabled first as that locks out tpm changes
once its cleared, you can enable secure boot and enroll platform keys
Ok now i turned off secure boot and restart then clear tpm and restart and turned on secure boot
But still have problem ☹️☹️

Hello i tried another cpu and the problem is fixed so i think my cpu is the problem 😔😔😔

new CPU has cleared TPM, its possible your bios doesnt clears it properly, so that issue can reappear
So what can i do if problem is related to cpu ?
Because now i have reapplied my cpu and face the same problem, and the technician that checked my pc said before that the problem is from my cpu ?
