Enabling Wireless Keyboard and Mouse during Bootup?

Hello,how do I enable my wireless keyboard and mouse so that they work during bootup? I have a gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 board and cannot find where to access the setting...Legacy USB appears to be enabled in the bios. I also do not see my DVD ROM drives recognized yet. My system is homebuilt and uses a Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse. When these issues are addressed, this will be a dual-boot machine I have not yet, but can connect to the internet on it.

you may need to get a wired mouse and keyboard for set up
